Potosi installs disc golf course

The city of Potosi is installing a disc golf course in the Potosi City Park. The 18-hole course will be built by Gateway Disc Sports of St. Louis at a cost of about $500 per hole.

The game is similar to golf, but instead of golf balls, players throw discs into target holes or baskets. Each consecutive toss is thrown from the previous landing spots until the player gets their disk into the target.

There won’t be any greens fees, no cart rental and no bad tee times.
