Change in Country Days entertainment

The Farmington Chamber of Commerce will host this year’s Farmington Country Days on June 1-5. Entertainment for the Saturday concert was announced at the Chamber’s Annual Banquet on Jan. 28, but a contractual issue has caused a change of plans.

“We were so excited to have Little Texas on our roster and fulfilled all of the contractual arrangements, but there was an oversight with the band’s booking agency that didn’t take into account a radius clause with the band and their date previously booked in Washington County later in the year,” said Doug McDermott, Farmington Chamber of Commerce President/CEO.

“As always, Country Days brings first class concerts at no cost to our Farmington community and we can’t wait to share who we’ll have this year,” continued McDermott.

Organizers are currently in negotiations with another artist and hope to make their announcement soon.
