Michael and Brittnee Rulo of Mineral Point are the parents of a son born January 12, 2011 at Parkland Health Center in Farmington. He weighed 5 pounds, 9 ounces and was named Logyn Carter. Grandparents are Paula Williams of Mineral Point, Kelly Williams of O’Fallon, Tommy DeClue and the late Melissa DeClue of Potosi. Great Grandparents are Verda and the late Carter Phillips of Mineral Point.
