Cherokee Pass Sewer Agreements distributed at meeting

Wednesday, Feb. 16, we had our sewer meeting for the Cherokee Pass Community. 

About sixty members of the community along with representatives of the Madison County Water District, Regional Planning, and USDA were present. A sewer agreement was passed out and several members have already signed up. 

Sewer Agreements can also be picked up at Cherokee Pass Restaurant, Cherokee Pass Conoco and Madison County Water District.  The agreements have to be signed and turned in by May 15 in order to be eligible for the initial rate. 

We are hoping to begin the engineering phase soon. This project is designed to help with the sewage concerns in the general Cherokee Pass area.
