Accident injures two Potosi men

Two Potosi men were injured in an accident on Route Y near Viburnum.

According to Missouri State Highway Patrol reports, Derek Sumpter, 27, and Quince D. Sumpter, 28, both received moderate injuries and were taken to Washington County Memorial.

Reports indicate an unidentified driver was driving a 2001 Pontiac Sunfire when the driver lost control of the vehicle. The vehicle ran off the road and overturned.

The accident was reported at 1:35 a.m. Wednesday.
