Sancegraw, Milfeld lead Knightettes to victory
FREDERICKTOWN — Taylor Sancegraw netted four goals and senior Tayhlor Milfeld tallied two more on Wednesday, leading the Farmington girls soccer team past Fredericktown 7-0.
Sancegraw achieved her first varsity hat trick during the 34th minute on an assist from Briley Busenbark, and the Knightettes (2-0) carried a 4-0 lead into halftime.
Milfeld resumed the scoring just three minutes into the second stanza on a pass from Emily Mosier, and Mikayla Marshall buried a long free kick at the 71’ mark to punctuate the victory.
Haley Roberts and Rebecca Sutherland combined for the shutout in goal.
