She volunteers by taking care of public relations and records for the department. She is a graduate of Central High School and has taken some accounting and business management classes at college.
She is running because she would like to be involved with and help the fire board out.
Lindell Maurer is a graduate of Farmington High School. He has worked for the Department of Corrections for the past 13 years.
He is a member of the fire department and is also a member of Farmington Correctional Center’s fire brigade.
He is running because he believes there are a few things that need to be changed. He believes the department needs a little more organization, and better equipment to keep firefighters and the community safer. He believes he will be level-headed and a person who won’t play favorites.
