West County to have kindergarten enrollment

West County School District will hold kindergarten enrollment and screening from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. April 11 and from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. April 12 at the Frankclay Nazarene Church.

In order to enroll, children must be at least 5 years old.

Parents or legal guardians must provide all of the following information on the day of enrollment:

— Up-to-date Immunization Records

— Child’s State Birth Certificate

— Social Security Card

— Proof of Residence, such as a property tax statement or utility bill

— Medicaid number, if applicable.

— D.C.N. Number, if applying for the free/reduced meal program.

State Birth Certificates must be obtained from the St. Francois County Health Department or the Missouri Division of Health.
