Brown Receives EMT License
Daytona Brown, a Senior at Fredericktown High School, passed his State and National board exams in February to become a licensed Emergency Medical Technician for the state of Missouri.
A surprise party was held in his honor at the Cafe at Calvary Temple with many friends and family in attendance.
Prior to attaining his EMT license, Daytona became a First Responder in 2007 at the age of 15. Daytona holds many certifications in Emergency Preparedness, Emergency response, NOAA certified weather spotter. He also holds a License as a HAM radio technician.
In addition, Daytona owns and operates Emergency Vehicle Lighting Solutions, a company that provides emergency lighting and equipment to FireFighters, Police and EMS.
After graduation, Daytona plans to work as an EMT and further his training into the Paramedic program, as well as continue to build his business.
