Alma Whitener

MATTHEWS — Alma Lee Whitener, 70, of Matthews, formerly of Fredericktown, passed away May 17, 2011.

Survived by sister, Lois and Tom Cole; two brothers, Harold and Shirley Whitener, John and Janet Whitener; numerous nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by parents, Elmer and Lena Whitener, one sister, Freda Hale.

Alma Lee was a graduate of Marquand High School and a member of the Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church.

Funeral Services were May 20 at Wilson Funeral Home in Fredericktown.
