FSCB will show spirit for Country Days

First State Community Bank is gearing up for Country Days.

 Continuing FSCB tradition the Hot Dog stand will be grilling up some tasty ‘dogs’ and serving ice cold Pepsi products from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on June 4. Saturday the annual Sand Bank and Diaper Derby will fill Columbia Street in front of FSCB. The Diaper Derby registration will begin at 8:30 a.m. all registrants must be registered by 8:45 a.m. The race will begin at 9 a.m. for children under the age of one with crawling ability. If the child stands and walks during the race they will be disqualified. Children ages 10 and under can dig for Free money in the FSCB Sand Bank. This event will run from 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m.

For many years, FSCB employees have made their way to Long Park, dressed in Country Days attire, for the Mayor’s Prayer Breakfast. As one of the largest employee groups in attendance, FSCB employees kick off the weekend festivities in style, and this year is sure to be another testament to the bank’s pride and community spirit.

“The atmosphere in the bank during Country Days is something we look forward to year after year.” says Crystal Boyer, Public Relations Director. “We are very proud to be part of an event that brings so many together and to Farmington.”
