Charles and Debra Francis of Fredericktown are the parents of a son born May 6, 2011 at Parkland Health Center in Farmington.  He weighed 8 pounds, 6 ounces and was named Charles Buzz, Jr. Brothers are Gavin and Gauge. Grandparents are Sie Merriman, Richard Francis, Bobbi Mungle. Great grandparents Judy Lawrence and Judy Yancy.
