Canning class offered

Join us for pressure canning, how to make jams and jellies, sauces and salsas. Whether you’re a beginning home canner or an experienced canner this workshop is for you! This is a hands-on canning class with recipes included.

The Madison County Extension Council is presenting this series as part of their attempt to bring no or low cost programming to the area.  The classes will take place on June 16th, 23rd and 30th from 6 pm to 8 pm.
