Lynn Marshall

FARMINGTON — Lynn Marshall of Farmington passed away June 30, 2011 at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, Mo., at the age of 70 years. He was born July 31, 1940 in Altus, Oklahoma, a son of the late John Virgil and Vozzie (Penicks) Marshall.

On March 4, 1967, he was united in marriage to Lavena Naomi Mayberry, who survives. Also surviving are his brother and sister-in-law Bill and Joyce Mayberry of Arcadia, Mo. as well as a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Lynn was preceded in death by his two beloved sons; Barry and Billy Marshall, four sisters; Reba Duncan, Imogene Pike, Treva Alexander, and Dorothy Rice and a brother Leonard Marshall.

Lynn was a devoted father and husband and was a member of the Esther Baptist Church.

Funeral services were held July 3, 2011 from Bryson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jonathan Jones officiating. Interment was in the Arcadia Valley Memorial Park. Memorials may be made to Price’s homestead, P.O. Box 507 Ellsinore, Mo., 63937.
