Inmate at ERDCC dies
An inmate at the Eastern Reception Diagnostic and Correctional Center died early Tuesday morning.
Richard Reinkemeyer, 70, was serving a 12-year sentence from Miller County for sodomy. He entered the Department of Corrections in February of 2003.
He died at the prison of apparent natural causes.
