Roger Dale Barlow
PARK HILLS — Roger Dale Barlow of St. Louis, Mo., was born May 30, 1946, in Frankclay, Mo. He passed away July 10, 2011, at St. Louis being the age 65.
He was preceded in death by: Parents, Mitchell Alec Barlow and Daisy E. “Glore” Barlow; wife, Eva Barlow; brother, Terry Barlow; and sister, Sandy Harmon.
He is survived by: Son, Mark McKinney and wife Tonya of Bismarck; three step-sons, Bobby and Michael Kramer, and Larry Kramer and wife Kim, all of St. Louis, Mo.; grandson, Brandon McKinney of Bismarck; step-grandchildren, Kenny, Marley, James, Joshua, Justin and Julian Kramer; brothers and sisters, James Barlow and wife Tanya, Jesse Barlow and wife Judy, Tommy Barlow, David Barlow and wife Doris, Alice Barlow, Mary Barlow, and Linda Kitchell and husband Howard.
Visitation will be 5 p.m., Wednesday, July 13, 2011, at Horton-Wampler Funeral Home in Park Hills. A funeral service will be held 1 p.m., Thursday, July 14, 2011, at Horton-Wampler Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Barton officiating. Interment at Adams Cemetery in Frankclay.
