Unhappy with utility costs

As I read Democrat News today, I couldn’t keep from wondering what our illustrious mayor and city officials think they are doing with the cost of our city utilities, espcially our trash service.

They sure aren’t promoting recycling by raising the price of trash service. We recycle everything we can and have one little bag of trash a week. With the increased price, people should come up with their cousin’s in the country trash, etc., to get their money’s  worth.
