Legion, auxiliary honor Boys and Girls State delegates

On Aug. 1, the 2011 Boys and Girls State attendees were honored with a dinner hosted by the Farmington American Legion and the Ladies Auxiliary.  Several students and parents and several sponsors from the local area were in attendance along with many legion members. Following dinner the students were asked to give a short presentation of their personal experiences while attending Boys and Girls State at Warrensburg. 

After the presentations, Boys and Girls State attendance certificates were given to those students present.  Post 416 is proud to be a part of the Missouri Boys and Girls State Programs, and looks forward to working with the schools and sponsors to make 2012 another great year.
