Jacquelin Arenz

HERCULANEUM — Jacquelin Rae Arenz, 75, of Herculaneum, Mo., passed away Friday, October 28, 2011 at the Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Crystal City, Mo. Jacqueline R. Arenz was born April 15, 1936 the daughter of Rose (Young) Nelson. Jacquelin was a Real Estate Broker and later was a manager in a Savings & Loan. She loved to read and spend time on her enclosed porch watching the birds and nature.

Survivors include one son: Jim Arenz of Sterling, Illinois. Jacquelin was the youngest of eleven brothers and sisters, she is also survived by two grandchildren, and two great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Donald “Corky” Arenz.

A celebration of Jacquelin R. Arenz will be held Saturday, November 5, 2011 at 10 a.m. at the St. Francois County Memorial Gardens, the family will also have a gathering at her home in Herculaneum at  272 Lake Drive, from noon to 3 that afternoon. The family encourages people to bring a dish to the gathering on Saturday. Memorials can be made to the Humane Society. Arrangements are under the direction of American Mortuary and Cremation Service of Imperial.
