Park Hills man indicted for failure to register as sex offender
A Park Hills man has been indicted on a federal charge of failure to register as a sex offender.
Charles H. Lee, 55, Park Hills, was indicted by a federal grand jury on one felony count of failure to register as a sex offender. He appeared in federal court Thursday.
If convicted, this charge carries a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison and/or fines up to $250,000. In determining the actual sentences, a judge is required to consider the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines, which provide recommended sentencing ranges.
This case was investigated by the U.S. Marshal’s Service. Assistant United States Attorney Tiffany Becker is handling the case for the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
