A night of ‘Christmas Choral Music’
(PARK HILLS) –Mineral Area College Community Singers and Chamber Singers will present a Christmas choral concert on Dec. 9.
“Everyone’s worked so hard, and this is a particularly great group of students,” said Greg Graf, choral director. “You can get a sense of their enthusiasm for the choral arts when you listen to these singers. The energy and enthusiasm they bring will really enhance the spirit of Christmas for all who attend. We hope to spread some Christmas cheer.”
MAC’s Christmas choral concert will begin at 7:30 p.m., Friday, Dec. 9, at Mineral Area College’s Fine Arts Theatre. Admission is free.
Graf said music lovers will hear old-time favorites such as “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas,” “The Christmas Song,” “Jingle Bells,” “Carol of the Bells,” “Dance of the Sugar-Plum Fairy,” “Christ the Appletree” and much more.
