Frank Ola Johnson

Frank Ola “Butch” Johnson, 71, of Owings Mills, MD died November 21, 2011. He was born in Bonne Terre, MO. Dec. 12, 1939 to Glenda and the late Frank Sr. Johnson of Fredericktown.

Frank served in the United States Army from 1961-1966 before marrying his devoted wife, Virginia (”Ginny”).

He is survived by his wife, Ginny; daughter, Maria; three grandsons; his mother Glenda;  and brothers Terry and Donald as well as a host of friends and family.

Frank was a devoted husband, father, and “Poppy” who will be greatly missed. He was a Sr. Systems Analyst for the NRC in Rockville, MD before retiring in 2008. Frank loved spending time with his grandsons, photography, movies, and playing the guitar.  He was a member of Blessed Sacrament Parish.

Memorial Services will be held at a later date.
