Drug-take-back program successful

Ste. Genevieve County’s drug-take-back program had collected more than 100,000 pills since the program began in 2010.

The program is sponsored locally by the Ste. Genevieve Community Services Forum. The idea is to keep unused pills off the streets and out of the hands of teenagers.

The pills are incinerated after they are collected.
