Brian Boyd

FARMINGTON — Mr. Brian M. Boyd, 85, passed away January 17, 2012, at Southbrook Skilled Nursing. Brian was born July 28, 1926, in Coffman, and was the son of Malvern C. Boyd and Ruby Elizabeth ‘Robertson’ Boyd. Also preceding was one son, Glenn Wayne Boyd (2011).

Brian was a World War II US Navy Veteran and member, Farmington First Baptist Church. Brian retired as Farmington State Hospital Chief Engineer.

Survivors Include: his wife of sixty years, Jerry Boyd; daughter-in-law, Lois Boyd; sister, Betty Howlett. Grandchildren: Michelle (and Roger) Hamm; Brian (and Dana) Boyd; Eddie (and Misty) Boyd; and Clint Boyd, all of Farmington. Also, eight great-grandchildren.

Visitation Saturday, 5-8 p.m. at Taylor Funeral and Cremation Service, Inc., Farmington. Pursuant to Brian’s wishes, there will be No Services. Private burial later at Three Rivers Cemetery.
