CEC to award seven $1,000 college scholarships

Citizens Electric Corporation (CEC) will award seven $1,000 college scholarships to area seniors this spring through its annual program.

Applications must be filed through high school guidance counselors at the following schools: Oak Ridge, Perryville, St. Vincent, Saxony Lutheran, Ste. Genevieve and Valle Catholic. For home-school students or those who do not attend one of the schools listed, a $1,000 at-large scholarship will be awarded. All applicants must be the son or daughter of a CEC member.
