Falcons beat Red Sox to reach 6-0

FARMINGTON — Justin Wade delivered a two-RBI single for the Farmington Falcons in the fifth inning Tuesday night, capping off a 15-5 victory at home over the North County Red Sox.

Garrett Thomure notched a double among two hits while Andres Castro and Coby Moon singled twice for the Falcons, who improved to 6-0 in MABA Junior Babe Ruth play.

Brayden Rawson pitched two scoreless innings with three strikeouts after Castro allowed two runs on two hits as the Falcons’ starter.

Brandon Winder added a double and singles from Logan Winder, Brandt Busenbark, Collin Huitt, Cole Sutton, Brennan White and Cameron DeBlois produced a team total of 14 hits.

Austin Harper and Dan Davis each had a double and single to pace the Red Sox. Jacob Stamm, Nathaniel Reynolds, McKenzy Bryan and Nik Avila tallied singles.
