Two charged with distribution
PARK HILLS — Two men are facing drug charges after police say they sold pills.
Josiah Quinn Yost, 21, of Farmington, and Levi Sampson Yost, 20, of Park Hills, have been charged with distribution of a controlled substance near a school. Each has a bond set at $25,000.
According to the probable cause statement, Park Hills police officers watched as the Yosts sold 12 Endocet (Oxycodone and Acetaminophen) pills in a church parking lot near the middle school recently.
After the transaction, police arrested the men and found 69 additional pills in the console of the vehicle. They were later released before charges were filed. Police are looking for them.
