North County netters win 8-1 over St. Pius

FESTUS — The North County Lady Raiders squared off with the St. Pius Lady Lancers on the tennis courts in a non-conference meet on Tuesday, and the Lady Raiders came away with an 8-1 victory.

Sheyenne Anderson and Molly McBride were 8-1 winners in singles, Rachel LaMarr won 8-2, Miranda Maeys and Paige Slinkard both won by 8-4 scores and Erica Hampton won out 8-6 in her match.

Maeys and Anderson combined for an 8-1 doubles win, and McBride and LaMarr scored the same in their doubles match. St. Pius won the No. 3 doubles match 8-6. 

North County will host Potosi on Thursday for their next meet.
