Fredericktown man seriously hurt in motorcycle accident
A Fredericktown man was seriously injured in a motorcycle accident Wednesday afternoon on Route OO.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Brandon S. Gerrett, 31, was taken by Arch Helicopter to Barnes Hospital for treatment.
The accident occurred on Route OO a half of a mile north of Kollmeyer Road in St. Francois County at 4:05 p.m. Reports state he was driving south on Route OO when he attempted to pass multiple vehicles and lost control, traveling off the left side of the road.
