County considers TIF proposal for Ozora land
STE. GENEVIEVE — The Ste. Genevieve County Commission will be considering a TIF proposal for 114 acres of land in Ozora.
The plan is centered around resurrecting two gas stations, a truck repair shop and a restaurant along New Bremen Road west of Interstate 55, according to the Ste. Genevieve Herald.
The county’s TIF commission gave its approval.
