North County tennis team beats Windsor
IMPERIAL — Miranda Maeys kept command during her No. 1 singles match and combined with Cheyenne Anderson for a doubles shutout on Thursday.
Paige Slinkard and Brittany Naucke were also victorious after breaking into the varsity singles lineup, and the North County tennis team notched a 6-3 triumph at Windsor.
Anderson recorded an 8-0 win and Molly McBride rolled to an 8-1 decision. Slinkard dropped two match points with a 7-4 advantage before holding on in a tight tiebreaker.
