William Barnhouse
PARK HILLS — William “Bill” Barnhouse, 85 of Farmington, formerly Park Hills, passed away on September 25, 2012. Bill was born December 1, 1926 at Doe Run to William C. and Anna (Beck) Barnhouse, who precede him in death.
Also preceding him in death are his wife, Wanda (Johnson) Barnhouse; Granddaughter Annie Sisk; and sister Anna Luman.
Surviving are 2 daughters, Pam Hagan of Sullivan, and Dala (Jim) Carver of Ironton; Grandchildren Amy (Martin) Winslow of West Plains, and Adrienne (Willie) Bell of Deerfield, Il.; Great-grandchildren Noah, Anna, Emma and Laura Winslow; Sisters Marilyn Martin of Irondale, Barbara Howell, Shirley (Darrell) Boren, and Judy (Bud) Pinson, all of Farmington; Special friend Betty Clemons; several nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends also survive.
Bill owned and operated Elvins Garage for 40+ years, he was a member of Elvins Baptist Church and an avid quail and pheasant hunter.
Visitation will be 4:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Friday, Services will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday at Horton-Wampler Funeral Home. with Rev. Melvin Weiss officiating.
