Valle unstoppable at 19-0
LEADWOOD — The Valle Warriors collected another conference victim on Thursday when they handled the Lady Bulldogs of West County in two straight volleyball games, 25-11, 25-23. The win gave Valle an undefeated mark of 19-0.
The Lady Warriors claimed seven of their points on ace serves, and they utilized 12 different players at the service line in the match. Courtney Huck led the attackers with four kills and Sydney Wieler made six assists, Michael Operle was dig leader with a total of six in the match.
Morgan Farley made two blocks and Tiffany Jones made one for the Lady Bulldogs. Bailey Marks made two kills, and Miranda Lashley and Farley had one each.
West County will play again on Saturday when they host their own tournament, and Valle will seek it’s 20th win on Tuesday at Arcadia Valley.
