Baby Constance Grace Claywell

POPLAR BLUFF — Baby Constance Grace Claywell, of Poplar Bluff, passed away Oct. 10, 2012, at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center. She is preceded in death by her grandfather, Willis “Corky” Radford.

Constance is survived by her parents: Brandon & Angela (Radford) Claywell of Poplar Bluff, Grandparents: Patrick Claywell, Elvis & Lesa DeWitt, & Verna Radford, 5 aunts, 2 uncles, many cousins & other relatives survive. Visitation will be Monday Oct. 15, 2012, at 11:00 a.m. at Gospel Light Freewill Baptist Church with Rev. Larry Allison. Burial will be at K of P Cemetery – Farmington. Arrangements By Horton-Wampler Funeral Home.
