Clayton Invitational

CLAYTON, Mo. — Saga Barzowski added another victory to a stellar high-school cross country career in her final regular season race on Saturday.

The Arcadia Valley senior completed the course at Shaw Park in 19:09.99 to win the Clayton Invitational, creating more than 19 seconds of separation from the remainder of the field.

Sophomore Anna Thomas recorded a 7th-best time of 20:34.87, and senior Ana Barzowski placed 30th to help the Lady Tigers finish 3rd as a team behind O’Fallon and Lutheran (St. Peters).

Valle Catholic was sixth in the boys standings after senior Nick Klein registered a 4th-place individual time of 16:57.96.

Zach Tedford finished 30th representing Arcadia Valley.
