Helen Honbeck
PARK HILLS — Helen Honbeck, 92, of Park Hills passed away November 10, 2012, at Parkland Health Center in Farmington. She was born January 23, 1920, at Flat River. She and her husband Roy were the owners of Honbeck Grocery located at Lewis and St. Joe Drive in Flat River for more than 29 years. She was a member of the First Freewill Baptist Church of Park Hills.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Lewis Kelley and Edith (Gale) Kelley Wilbur; husband, Roy L. Honbeck; son, Dennis Honbeck; daughter, Leonna Stephens.
Helen is survived by: Three children, Richard “Butch” Honbeck and wife Valerie of Farmington, Diana (Mrs. Michael) Honold of De Soto, and Cindy (Mrs. Donnie) Langley of Ste. Genevieve; son-in-law, Ed Stephens of Linn; eleven grandchildren, Eddie, Shellie, Kim, Eric, Melanie, Kevin, Justin, Jenny, Heather, Brittney, Jessi; twenty-one great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; two sisters, Jackie House of Park Hills and Eunice Windette of Illinois. Many nieces and nephews also survive.
Visitation will be 2-8 p.m. Monday, November 12, 2012, at C. Z. Boyer & Son Caldwell Chapel in Park Hills. Service will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at C. Z. Boyer & Son Caldwell Chapel in Park Hills with Rev.
