North County Board meets

A new board member will be appointed during the North County school board Tuesday night.

The meeting, which is open to the public, will be held at 6:15 p.m. at the administrative office on Berry Road in Bonne Terre.

Pete Selzer resigned from the board due to moving out of the district. On Friday, Superintendent Dr. Yancy Poorman announced the board had selected Donna Hickman for an appointment until the April election.

Also during the meeting, the board will hear reports from Primary Principal Emily Bach and Parkside Principal Brandon Gregory. The board will also approve applications for summer school.
