Pruett, Campbell exchange vows
Shayna Rachelle Pruett and Randy Wayne Campbell were united in marriage in a candle light ceremony on Saturday, September 1, 2012 at 3 p.m. at the Oak Grove United Baptist Church outside of Fredericktown.
The bride chose a beautiful princess style gown with sweetheart neckline and sequined train. She adorned her head with a rhinestone tiara and veil and carried an arrangement of pink stargazer lilies, hot pink roses and dendrobium orchids. She completed the picture with a rhinestone necklace and earrings.
Her bridesmaids wore their choice of fashion in Malibu blue, with silver heels and carried bouquets of pink roses. Bridesmaids were Alisha Pirtle (sister of the bride) and miss Lily Pirtle (niece) of Jefferson City, MO and her sister-in-law Johanna Pruett of Watertown, NY. The maid of honor was Nicole Pruett (cousin) of Oskosh, WI.
The groom wore a white and black tuxedo with pink rosebud boutonniere. His groomsmen were Clinton Wilcutt (brother of the groom) of Elkhart, IN and long time friend, Deandre Peterson of Park Hills. Best man was Justin Miller of Columbia, MO. They wore black tuxes with white rosebud boutonnieres.
Nephews of the bride, Levi Pirtle (of Jefferson City) served as candle lighter and Ezekiel Pruett was ring bearer.
Meghan Berry of Union, MO (cousin of the bride) was guestbook attendant and the bride’s uncle Ken Berry of St. Louis and brother-in-law, Tim Pirtle of Jefferson City were the couple’s ushers.
The bride was escorted down the isle to the groom’s favorite song, “Boston,” by her brother, Isaac Pruett of Watertown, NY in full military dress. The double ring ceremony was conducted by her father.
The sanctuary and reception hall were both decorated with turquoise sparkle tulle and pink roses and hydrangeas. The seven layers of wedding cake were adorned with pink and turquoise flowers with flowing ribbons of fondant.
Shayna is the youngest daughter of Stan and Sandy (Berry) Pruett and granddaughter of Lillie Berry of Fredericktown.
Randy is the son of Mr. and Mrs. William and Cheryl Welland and grandson of Carol Welland, all of Elkhart, Indiana.
After a honeymoon in Kissimmie, FL, the couple has made their home in Elkhart, IN and is working for the Welland’s family business. We wish them all the best!
