Fred Duncan

ST. LOUIS — Fred Duncan, 77, passed away February 28, 2013. Husband of the late Janet (Elmore) Duncan, Brother of the late Barbara Duncan, Son of Mildred Nee Williams and Fred E. Duncan, cousin of Linn, Jack, Don, Larry Duncan, friends too many.

Fred was a teacher, coach and principal for 30 years at Riverview Gardens School Dist, and a proud paratrooper with the U.S. Army. 

Fred has donated his remains to Washington University. Memorial preferred to donor’s choice.
