Cecelia Turnbaugh

Eugene and Kristina Turnbaugh of Bismarck are the parents of a daughter born February 18, 2013 at Mineral Area Regional Medical Center in Farmington.  She weighed 9 pounds, 6 ounces and was named Cecelia Noel.  Siblings are Gabriella and Adaelyn.  Grandparents are Kenneth and Tamara Chapman of Park Hills. Great Grandparents are Richard and Donna Turnbaugh of Bismarck.
