Madison County Health Department Weekly Health Notes

The Women, Infant and Children (WIC) program and Immunization services will be temporarily relocated during the month of June due to remodeling of the health department for disability access.
Effective June 3, 2013 through June 28, 2013 these services will be provided at the Fredericktown Head Start Center at 600 South Chamber Drive, Fredericktown, MO 63645. The hours of operation will be 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Late WIC day will be Thursday, June 20 until 5:30 p.m.
All other services will remain at the health department facility at 806 West College Ave. For information regarding WIC or Immunizations, you must call the health department at 573-783-2747. Thank you for your assistance during our construction month.
