Mildred Montez Wilkinson

Mildred Montez Wilkinson, 96, died Thursday, July 25, 2013 at Ozark Manor in Fredericktown. She was born June 13, 1917 in Fredericktown, the daughter of Vernon and Stella (Spivey) Sunderman.

Mrs. Wilkinson was preceded in death by her parents; her husband John H. Wilkinson, whom she married in 1944, in Jefferson City; and siblings John Sunderman, Bobby Sunderman, Irene Moelman, Margaret Paxton, and Norma Jean Tinnin.

Survivors include son John (Julia) Wilkinson of Portsmouth, Va.; sister Deloris Camzendin of Ark.; and sister-in-law Glenda Sunderman of Va.

She enjoyed reading and walking.

Funeral services will be   at 11 a.m., Wednesday, July 31, 2013 at Follis & Sons Funeral Home with Pastor Michael Dixon officiating. Burial will be in  Marcus Memorial Park.
