Addison Nicole Ballew

Jerry and Ashley Ballew would like to announce the birth of their daughter, Addison Nicole Ballew, Aug. 12, 2013 at Parkland Health  Center. She weighed 7 pounds 3 ounces and was 20-1/2 inches long.

Grandparents are Terry and Selma Mascaro and Jerry and Judy Ballew. Great grandparents are Don and Pat Laut.

Addison is also welcomed by older sibling Landon Crowell and aunt Nikki Mascaro.
