Bulldogs slug out win over Kingston
LEADWOOD — Clayton Brinkley drilled a home run while going 2-for-2 with three RBI, and West County trounced Kingston 15-4 in a battle of unbeaten fall baseball teams on Tuesday.
Kyle Coleman threw two scoreless innings with two strikeouts for the win as the Bulldogs built a 15-0 advantage through four.
Parker Forshee was 2-for-2 with three runs scored and two RBI, and Blake Barlow drove in two runs on a pair of doubles.
Zac Hampton continued the West County onslaught with a double and three RBI while Steven Barlow added a single and double.
Josh Camillo stroked a 2-run single and Jared Boyer singled home a run during his lone at-bat for Kingston.
