They’ll give a second reading to several other measures, among them an electric rate increase and a special use permit for the St. Paul Lutheran High School, which is expanding its programs.
There will also be discussion of a resolution declaring certain TIF funds as surplus, a measure accepting transfer of property from the Farmington IDA, a financial policy and procedure manual and changes to ordinances related to historic preservation.
