Frederick Fitzgerald

PARK HILLS — Frederick Fitzgerald, 78, of Desloge, Mo., passed away Saturday, September 28, 2013, at Brookside Manor. He was born May 15, 1935, in Canada.

Frederick retired from the Canadian Air Force and was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.

He was preceded in death by: Parents, Kenneth Fitzgerald and Gertrude Fitzgerald; and one sister, Mary Joan Ghees.

He is survived by: Wife, Sara Alice ‘Loper’ Fitzgerald of Desloge, Mo.; children, Lisa, (Mrs. Danny) Bates of Park Hills, Debbie, Mrs. (Jerry) Govreau of Park Hills,  Wayne and wife Margo Bradley of Bonne Terre; five grandchildren; one great-grandson; two sisters, Judy Fitzgerald and Pat Yardley; brothers, Herb Fitzgerald and Mike Fitzgerald; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive.

Visitation will be 4 p.m until time of service at 6 p.m. Thursday, October 3, 2013, at Horton Wampler Funeral Home in Park Hills. The service will be officiated by Deacon Mike Burch and Rev. Paula Eschenbrenner.
