Survived by her husband, Tim Phegley of Bismarck; Mother, Joyce M. Shy of Bismarck; Brothers, Dave and wife Jill Shy Jr. of Potosi, J.T. Shy of Bismarck; Nephews, C.D. and Matt Shy and Niece, Jessica

She was preceded in death by her Daddy, Dave Shy Sr.
