MAC board to meet today
The Mineral Area College Board of Trustees will hold its regular monthly meeting at 2 p.m. today in the boardroom of the school’s Park Hills campus.
According to the tentative agenda, trustees will be hearing the spring 2014 enrollment report from Jean Merrill-Doss and an athletic department update presented by Chad Mills.
MCCA Award winners will be recognized by MAC President Dr. Steve Kurtz. Trustees will also receive reports on classified staff, faculty forum and AQIP presented by Erin Sites, Stephanie Campbell and Dr. Diana Stuart respectively.
New business should include approval of external audited financial statements and bank bids, an update on the school’s health insurance provider, and discussion of a mid-year salary adjustment.
Bonne Terre Planning and Zoning
In an unrelated meeting, the Bonne Terre Planning and Zoning Committee will meet at 6 p.m. at Bonne Terre City Hall located at 118 North Allen Street.
The single item on the agenda is a request for lot split at 405 Huff Court.
