Park Hills council to meet
The Park Hills City council will meet at 7 p.m. tonight in the council chambers at city hall.
New business on the agenda includes the reappointment of the municipal judge to a two year term, a request for a sports complex concession stand advertisement and a change order for Parkway Drive and West Main improvements.
Two new ordinances are on the agenda. The first is a amending the designation of physically disabled parking. The other is an ordinance to amend the budget.
A resolution changing the name of Chamber Street to Commerce Drive is also listed under new business.
Old business includes four bills. The first authorizes the mayor to accept a bid for surplus property. The second authorizes the mayor to sign a quit claim deed for the disposal of certain surplus property.
The third is for the approval of a subdivision plat. The fourth authorizes the mayor to sign a quit claim deed for the disposal of property to the Industrial Development Authority.
