Indians overpowered in third quarter by Clearwater
BISMARCK — The Bismarck Indians hung with the Clearwater Tigers for one half of play to trail by only one point at the half, but a 15-4 third quarter gave the Tigers all the points they needed as they rolled on for a 53-35 win.
J.D. Land scored 13 points for Bismarck to lead the Indians in scoring. Jordan Copeland was able to make his presence known inside the key for 12 points, and Seth Wood finished with six.
Bismarck (5-4) will play Greenville today at Caledonia in the championship game of the Valley Tournament at the new time of 2:30 p.m.
